Job summary

The University of Arkansas is seeking a Coordinator of Facilities and Risk Management to support the daily operations of the UREC Natatorium. You will recruit, train, and supervise over 30 part-time student staff across risk management, customer service, and facility inspections, while managing the swim lesson program and budget.

You will oversee pool operations, aquatic reservations, and events, ensuring adherence to national standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in recreation, sport management, higher education, or related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of over 30 part-time student staff in risk management, customer service, and facility inspections.
• Manage the swim lesson program including registration, finances, updates, and ensuring adherence to national standards.
• Assist with budget management for the UREC Natatorium and swim lesson program, while overseeing pool operations, including aquatic reservations and events.
