Job summary

PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd in Rockford, IL seeks a Facilities Reliability Tech 2 for the 1st shift. You will perform advanced preventative maintenance and repairs on pharmaceutical facilities to world-class standards, diagnosing and fixing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical instructions. On-call duties and potential overtime are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot facility mechanical systems with minimal direction.
• Basic math and computer skills; able to read and interpret technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical systems.
• Maintain roofs, walls, doors, windows, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and grounds.
• Support on-call team and assist with snow removal and site prep for events.
• Adhere to cGMP policies; follow safety and work order procedures.
