Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Facility Reliability Technician to perform intermediate facility related preventative maintenance and repairs at our Rockford, IL site. You will support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and general facilities tasks, and assist with on-call coverage as needed.

The role requires good math and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret technical instructions, and adherence to cGMP and GCP policies. A weekend/ overtime schedule may be required.

• Must be able to interpret technical instructions and perform basic mathematical operations.

Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.**Summary of Objective:**Perform intermediate facility related preventative maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability Technician (FRT), maintain the Pharmaceutical facilities at a "World Class" level. Apply deductive reasoning and interpret a variety of technical instructions. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.* Support all PCI departments in special and routine service functions such as timely facility repairs, facility preparation for special events, etc.* Be self-reliant to perform directed facility related projects by the Facility Reliability Lead, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Manager or Director.* These may include any or all of the following: Repair and preventative maintenance of facility roofs, walls, doors, windows, etc.* Repair and preventative maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, lighting, electrical, and plumbing systems.* Repair and preventative maintenance of parking lots and exterior grounds. Support the PCI facilities as part of the FRT On-Call team, once facility proficiencies have been reached.* Assist with snow removal efforts performed by PCI with regard to sidewalks, snow plowing, and salting of parking lots and sidewalks.* This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.* Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. **Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
