Job summary

S&C Electric Company is seeking a seasoned Manager – Facilities to oversee the Production Equipment Maintenance department at our Franklin, WI site. This on-site role requires leading maintenance, TPM practices, budgeting, and safety compliance to ensure reliable plant operations.

You will supervise a team, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvements while aligning with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of production equipment.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and protect team members from illness or injury.
• Plan and execute maintenance plans for asset reliability and capacity needs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain KPI visuals.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the maintenance team.
• Oversee TPM practices and coordinate with department leaders for schedules and inventory.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and support major replacements or restorations.
• Manage inventory to align with maintenance schedules.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe manufacturing environment.
• Prepare production/status reports and communicate with upper management.
• Manage maintenance and facilities budget; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
