Job summary

King & George, LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager in our Facility Operations and Support team to lead preventative and corrective maintenance inspections, ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan, and report findings with accuracy to management and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, and a proven ability to develop training, schedules, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of related experience.
• Certifications CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE, CRE, CSSBB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections in facility operations, maintenance, and facility repair.
• Ensure subcontractor results follow the Quality Control Plan requirements.
• Provide timely, accurate data and analysis for maintenance operations management.
• Conduct on-site inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Investigate, analyze, and correct quality problems and recommend improvements.
• Plan, develop, and implement quality systems for mission success.
