ASRC Federal Field Services seeks a Project Coordinator for the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) on Plum Island, NY. The role involves designing and executing projects, maintaining utilities infrastructure, and coordinating with multiple departments for input, safety assessments, and approvals.

The position includes administrative duties for end-to-end project management and oversight to ensure objectives are met while addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical major; five years in the field, two in plant or industrial engineering.
• 2 years’ experience with CAD operation & configuration management practices.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing and executing projects in support of PIADC mission.
• Maintenance and improvements to utilities infrastructure and aging systems.
• Coordinate with departments for input, safety assessments, and briefings.
• Administrative support including documentation and approvals for project management.
• Oversee project execution to meet objectives and address deficiencies.
