Job summary

Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to head multi-discipline capital projects across our hotel portfolio in Alpharetta, GA. You will guide project teams, ensure code compliance, and manage budgets and timelines to deliver guest-centric improvements.

The role requires at least 5+ years managing complex hospitality engineering programs, with a strong background in mechanical or electrical systems and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing multi-discipline projects, preferably within a consulting engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Day in the Life: On a given week, you might coordinate a hotel HVAC replacement in Charlotte, perform a Inspection of a guest room renovation in Phoenix, and track CapEx budgets across multiple properties. This is not an IT or software project management role. This position leads hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects across our portfolio. You will work closely with property engineering teams on renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems, not software implementations.

What You Will Do:
