Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management; Certifications/Accreditations (CFM or PE) preferred.
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.
• Preventative and corrective maintenance planning; facility inspections, audits & compliance; emergency preparedness planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management Certifications/Accreditations CFM or PE preferred
