LAUKOA is seeking a qualified Facilities Project Coordinator to support facilities operations at Fort Meade Maryland This position is responsible for supporting work control CMMS administration work order management reporting documentation and general administrative functions for a Government facilities maintenance contract The selected candidate will help ensure service requests preventive maintenance tasks corrective maintenance work orders and project documentation are accurately tracked updated and maintained in accordance with contract requirements
Manage and update work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMSReceive enter assign track and close out service requests preventive maintenance work orders and corrective maintenance work ordersMonitor work order status and coordinate with maintenance staff supervisors and management to support timely completionMaintain accurate records of completed work labor materials equipment and related documentationGenerate reports logs schedules and other documentation as required by management or the Government customerSupport preventive maintenance scheduling and ensure recurring work orders are properly generated and trackedAssist with tracking open work orders overdue work pending parts subcontractor support and follow up actionsCommunicate professionally with internal staff subcontractors vendors and Government representativesSupport meeting preparation note taking action item tracking and administrative coordinationMaintain electronic and hard copy project files in an organized and accurate mannerAssist with timekeeping purchasing documentation material tracking and general office support as neededComply with all environmental safety security and contract requirements
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two 2 years of experience in administrative support work control project coordination facilities maintenance support or a related roleExperience using a CMMS work order system database or similar tracking systemExperience supporting commercial industrial institutional or Government facilities preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and Teams
Working knowledge of work order management administrative tracking and facilities maintenance support functionsAbility to accurately enter update and maintain data in a CMMS or similar systemStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities deadlines and administrative tasksAbility to generate reports maintain logs and track action itemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work professionally with maintenance personnel management subcontractors vendors and Government representativesAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary facilities support team
Must possess and maintain an active Top SecretSensitive Compartmented Information TSSCI security clearance
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computerAbility to communicate by phone email video conference and in person meetingsAbility to occasionally walk through facility areas to support work order coordination and documentationAbility to occasionally lift and carry office materials files or equipment consistent with administrative duties
Between 4500 5500 per hour An additional 509 per hour up to 40 hrs per week for H&W per WD 2015 4265
