Qualifications

• Familiar with all necessary permits required by municipality for related projects.
• Experience working with subcontractors of varying trades, including corporate clients.
• Demonstrate a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage & coordination of projects ranging in size.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure site operation according to state and local building codes.
• Monitor contractors' work for compliance with contract specifications.
