Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations programs.
• Experience with budget planning and financial management.
• Background investigations and residency requirements for federal employment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with CBP organizations to evaluate and refine facility requirements into formal RDRs.
• Lead conversion of RDRs into viable projects.
• Coordinate with OFAM subject matter experts on lease-related issues.
• Perform occupancy cost analysis and maintain documentation.
• Utilize TRIRIGA to identify data issues and drive corrective actions.
