Job summary

Terrestris, LLC is seeking a Facilities Program Analyst to lead the Facilities Analyst Management Support contract for Naval Construction Group One (NCG 1). This full-time, on-site role is based at Port Hueneme, CA, with standard 40-hour weeks and a 07:30–16:30 schedule.

The analyst will handle facilities planning, maintenance analysis, project and funding tracking, stakeholder coordination, and support for facility readiness and budget execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete background investigation.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Knowledge of Navy Facilities Maintenance Plans, Navy Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs), and DD Form 1391 documentation.
• Proficiency with Maximo and related facilities databases.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management for camp maintenance materials.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Systems and Planning: provide coordination and technical assistance for facilities activities, project execution, maintenance, and Navy requirements.
• Maintenance Management Systems: manage planning support, project tracking, funding allocations, and quarterly backlog reduction.
• Logistics and Materials Support: analyze personnel loading, training periods, and logistics data for facility requirements.
