Harvard Maintenance, Inc. in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Porter to join our team. You will maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas, while responding to building requests and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and staff.

This role offers FT and PT opportunities with daytime shifts (8am-4:30pm) or evenings (6pm-10pm). Candidates should be reliable, with at least 1 year of Porter experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year Porter experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to discuss with individuals or groups at all levels.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop or kneel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to keep areas tidy.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Restock restroom supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
• Wipe down doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Respond promptly to spills and tenant requests.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up meeting spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Follow all safety and cleaning protocols.
