Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team in Edgerton, KS. The role focuses on maintaining clean, welcoming spaces and supporting both residential and commercial areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, trash, and general areas; assisting with maintenance reporting; and contributing to painting and upkeep projects as needed. The position runs weekdays with 8-hour day shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors.
• Custodial duties such as emptying trash bins and sanitizing restrooms.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Engage in residential painting projects when required.
• Promote safety and compliance with company policies.
