Job summary

LV Petroleum in Minnesota is seeking a reliable Housekeeper/Porter to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with event setups, and help maintain stock of supplies.

The role requires a good work ethic, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior custodial experience is a plus, but not required, and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial or cleaning roles is an advantage, though not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings at our facilities.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and alert management when reordering is necessary.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and report significant issues to the maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff positively, providing assistance to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
