Job summary

TA Travel Center in Henderson, NV is seeking dedicated Porters to join our cleaning team. This on-site role involves maintaining clean, welcoming facilities and assisting guests during events and day-to-day operations.

Walk-in interviews are welcome weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and good customer service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, custodial, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Walk-in interviews welcome weekdays 10am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal systems.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report needed repairs.
• Help set up and tear down for events or meetings.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
