Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking dedicated Porters to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment at our Franklin, TN facilities. Walk-in interviews are welcomed Weekdays 11-4 at 4400 Peytonsville Rd., Franklin, TN 37064.

The role focuses on cleaning tasks across restrooms, break rooms, and public areas, with some light maintenance and setup/teardown for events. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal systems.
• Assist in minor maintenance and report repairs to management.
• Help set up and tear down for events or meetings as needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
