Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Good communication skills with a friendly demeanor; able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal.
• Report maintenance issues to management and assist with minor tasks.
• Assist with event setup and teardown as needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.
• Provide welcoming customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries.
