Responsibilities

• Performs custodial care of the interior and exterior of City buildings.

• Moves and arranges furniture and equipment, arranges rooms for meetings and special functions as requested.
• Locks and unlocks buildings and secures buildings.
• Performs preventative, general and semi-skilled maintenance and repairs on City buildings.
• Performs visual inspections on city buildings and equipment.
• Escorts vendors for access and monitoring throughout city facilities.
• Inputs, creates and assigns work orders.
