Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an entry-level Facilities Monitor to support maintenance, janitorial tasks, and basic upkeep across the resort facilities. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include cleaning, pool and water feature care, logs, and coordinating with the Maintenance Director for issues. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• One year experience in building maintenance preferred.
• CPR/First Aid or safety certifications may be required by the Club.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning and laundry.
• Provide pool, spa and water feature maintenance as needed.
• Keep daily logs of maintenance and water testing results for pools and spa.
• Assist with facility repairs and preventative maintenance under supervision.
• Set up and tear down of events and activities; ensure safe, clean environments.
