Qualifications

• Must hold a valid plumbing license and relevant local certification.
• Experience with chill water and steam systems is required or highly desirable.
• Proven background in commercial plumbing, site work, or remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances throughout the site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components.
• Perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to site safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Electricians, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project tasks.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on a monthly/yearly PM schedule to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems using mechanical knowledge and schematics.
