Penn State University’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks a Facilities Planning and Project Manager to lead capital facilities projects within the Project Delivery Division of Engineering Services. The role oversees development, design review, and implementation, coordinating with researchers, facilities staff, and sponsors in State College, PA.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, with US citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.

• Ensure compliance with Labor and Industry codes, Penn State policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop long-term project needs for strategic planning of resources.
