Job summary

MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Painter to perform maintenance and repairs across property areas, including painting and wall covering. You will work with power tools and spray equipment, preparing surfaces and ensuring compliance with safety rules and policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality settings, high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on painted and papered surfaces and systems.
• Operate power and hand tools, including spray equipment, as required.
• Prepare surfaces, apply paint, install wall coverings, and patch/tape textures.
• Work under minimal supervision to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain logs and communicate any unusual conditions to supervision.
