• Previous EIFS patching experience is a plus.

We are inviting you to apply for the Painter position. I n this role, you will be responsible for mixing, matching, applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects. Responsibilities will also include caulking on both the interior and exterior of the building, cleaning, and moderate touch-up of EIFS surfaces.

Desired Experience:

• Excellent knowledge of painting materials and how to select, mix, and apply.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
• Previous experience with patching holes in EIFS is a plus, but not required.
