Job summary

The Chemist Pharmacy is seeking a dependable Facilities & Operations Technician to support the daily operations of our growing pharmacy. You will handle a variety of tasks and take ownership of keeping the facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintenance, receiving shipments, inventory organization, and assisting with shipping operations. The role offers hands-on work, problem solving, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing independent pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, facilities, maintenance, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments.
• Assist with inventory organization and supply management.
• Support shipping and fulfillment operations as needed.
• Assemble furniture, shelving, and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers.
• Monitor facility equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with special projects and operational improvements.
• Support pharmacy staff with operational tasks as business needs change.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

The Chemist Pharmacy is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Operations Technician to support the daily operations of our growing pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of keeping the facility operating efficiently.

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be assembling shelving, organizing inventory, or receiving deliveries. Another day you may assist with shipping operations, perform basic building maintenance, coordinate vendors, or help improve workflow throughout the pharmacy.
