Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness of the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed, remaining adaptable to Life Time's needs.

The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience, CPR/AED within 30 days, and ability to operate basic machinery. Wage range is $18.75–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensure facility conditions are safe.
• Conduct general repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment working.
• Participate in safety training and inspections.
