Job summary

Qualifications

One year supervisory/managerial probation may be required.
Time-in-Grade requirements apply for current Federal employees.
Ph.D. or 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration, with transcripts.

Responsibilities

Managing a maintenance program for facilities and installations, including planning maintenance activities and preventive maintenance programs.
Conducting surveillance over construction and maintenance work by contractors, reviewing plans, and supervising conformance with project plans.
Estimating material and labor costs for maintenance projects and coordinating with the sponsoring funding organization.
