Job summary

BRAVE Church is seeking a Facilities Support team member to help maintain clean, safe, and functional spaces. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and keep areas stocked and organized to support daily operations.

Under the Facilities Manager, you’ll work with internal teams and vendors, prioritize tasks, respond quickly to requests, and help ensure spaces are prepared for meetings and events while upholding BRAVE Church's standards of service and care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facilities maintenance or related role experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting).
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and restrooms; manage stock of supplies.
• Set up and break down furniture and equipment for meetings and events; assist with room readiness.
• Track and replenish facility supplies; receive deliveries and organize storage areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; document maintenance activities and logs.
