There is an opportunity for a rotational schedule across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with hours as follows:

  • 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • 2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 3rd shift: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

The primary role of ResMed Facilities Management is to support the operation of ResMed’s facilities, ensuring minimal operational downtime and providing safe, effective, and responsive services across all business areas, including facility and production.

  • Supervise and manage facility-related services to meet company goals regarding:
  • Day-to-day operations and monitoring of all facilities’ equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Maintenance of building facilities and providing technical input on improvements.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance for mechanical & electrical equipment, including electrical systems, fire protection, HVAC, BMS, environment monitoring, compressed air, plumbing, security, and soft services.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, perform general building works, and handyman tasks.
  • Coordinate with contractors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and timely inspections.
  • Manage licenses and permits renewal for facilities’ equipment.
  • Monitor spare parts and inventory levels for facilities’ equipment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls, including after-hours support, with 24/7 standby.
  • Collaborate with various functions to meet quality, safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Facility Management with 5+ years of relevant experience, or NITEC with 8+ years.
  • Licensed LEW preferred.
  • Licensed forklift & scissor lift operator preferred.
  • WAH supervisor preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
  • GMP or cleanroom experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS preferred.
Skills
  • Independent, resilient, proactive, and customer-centric.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and spares management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work overtime/shifts as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • On-call 24/7 standby, responding promptly to calls.
