Qualifications

  • Familiarity with copy machines and printers.
  • Familiarity with card access and camera systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Operations in facilitating all aspects of the Operations Unit.
  • Oversee maintenance for three facilities and six satellite offices across the state.
  • Provide general maintenance services (lawn care, snow removal, cleanliness) and ensure safe access for staff and visitors.
  • Interact with state agency representatives and manage vendors performing work for the Office.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling and become familiar with facility equipment.
  • Assist with staff parking and office vehicle maintenance; support switchboard and mail operations.
