Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor in Minnesota to ensure safety and cleanliness of the club. You will work opposite the Facility Operations Manager's schedule and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires adaptability to Life Time’s needs and provides full-time opportunities. The position covers maintenance, safety, and facility upkeep, with hourly wages starting around $17.75 and ranging to $24.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs on a routine basis.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe for members and staff.
• Performs general repairs and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Supports safety training and safety inspections.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and covers shifts as required.
