Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness across the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, safety, routine repairs, and safety inspections while supporting Life Time’s inclusive, equitable workplace principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move around the club for extended periods.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to operate basic machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
