Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a data coordination and reporting professional to support ARS contract operations in Alaska. You will collect, assemble, and deliver data reports from NexGenIT and related systems, coordinating with ARS sites and government personnel.

The role requires knowledge of DoD facility work management, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely CDRLs and work tasks completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Facilities Management Software such as AIMS.
• Two years' experience in general procedures.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• English proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site identified Job Order Log (JOL) and request RWP and associated requisitions.
• Coordinate site RWP and update changes to specific tasks.
• Manage work requests/orders, RWP requirements, CDRLs.
• Coordinate monthly reports for ARS.
• Sign NDA and IC Plan as applicable.
• Complete government required training as requested.
• Gather ARS BOS project information from personnel at radar sites, PHQ, and Operations Flight.
• Familiar with ARCTEC Alaska Instructions and related systems.
