Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS accuracy, preventive maintenance programs, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, vendors, subcontractors, and staff.
• Oversee asset lifecycle planning, compliance, safety, and emergency response.
• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports.
• Interpret contracts and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
• Review blueprints and as-built drawings.
