Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and lifecycle planning.
• Conduct regular facilities inspections and ensure health, safety, and legal compliance.
• Oversee space allocation, internal moves and central services (reception, security, cleaning, waste, parking).
• Coordinate bids, negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Plan staffing levels, supervise maintenance staff, and manage the facility budget.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and ensure facility security and alarm response.
