You will direct teams responsible for maintenance, utilities, landscape, administration, energy management, and customer service while establishing best practices that ensure safety, reliability, and exceptional service. You will partner with leaders to plan, budget, and advance initiatives that support mission-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Operations and Maintenance across campus.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.
• Direct planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Lead complex maintenance and infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor energy use and drive sustainability and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state/local regulations, and institutional standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities team.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and service delivery.
