You will drive vendor performance, manage budgets, and partner with Real Estate Finance to optimize spending while maintaining store reliability and asset health. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in facilities management.
• 8+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in big-box retail.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in facilities operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Thorough knowledge of facilities maintenance and asset health.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Facilities Analysts to ensure break-fix repairs and planned maintenance are executed.
• Monitor ServiceChannel and Power BI to evaluate vendor performance and store assignments.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate invoice receipt, review, and payment processing.
• Forecast planned maintenance and repairs with Real Estate Finance input.
• Analyze spend trends and identify savings opportunities and budget adjustments.
• Report on Repair Team performance metrics like incident volume and resolution time.
• Evaluate vendor performance by quality, pricing, and operational alignment with stores.
• Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Real Estate, and Store Ops on initiatives.
• Define project scope thresholds for transition to Engineering & Construction.
