Job summary

Gateway Seminary is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations, maintenance, custodial programs, and vendor contracts for the ONT Campus. The role supports cross‑functional teams and oversees HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction activities.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with the Vice President, manage safety programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining equipment and assets across seminary properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce Facilities policies and procedures; Propose and enforce the annual Facilities budget, working within it once approved and finalized.
