Job summary

Disney Central Reservation Center in Orlando, FL offers a full-time six-month Facilities internship to support daily operations and project execution. You will help keep the site show-ready for Cast and leaders, coordinate daily requirements, and guide projects with internal/external partners.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in college, 18+, and authorized to work in the U.S. The role requires lifting up to 45 lbs and reliable transportation; compensation is $23 per hour in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Ability to use sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Positive demeanor with the ability to be flexible.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 45 lbs., climb a ladder and bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and twist to handle duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete daily facility operational requirements for Disney Central in Orlando and the surrounding grounds.
• Project assistant for small to medium-sized projects; guiding internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with all levels of Cast including Executive, Senior Leaders, and hourly Cast.
• Troubleshoot and solve infrastructure problems with workstations and offices.
• Complete a heavy volume of daily tasks while ensuring safety and show quality standards.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and coordinate implementation.
