Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an Operations Engineer (Facility Operations) to help design, build, and activate state-of-the-art data center facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will work on process flows, project planning, and department-level metrics to drive operational excellence.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and standardized metrics, integrating with multiple teams and tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, JIRA) to reduce waste and improve efficiency across facilities in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in operations/process improvement (internships qualify).
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal visual standards for boards, JIRA queuing, PowerBI dashboards and department workflows.
• Support improvement projects and standardization efforts across the department.
• Define and develop metrics and dashboards to quantify health of operations and drive change.
• Perform data analyses with SQL and other methods to identify trends for decision making.
