Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, a related field OR at least 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in maintenance and operation of schools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control all aspects of school plant maintenance.
• Hire, direct and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Prepare and manage annual job evaluations and budgets for maintenance and custodial departments.
• Coordinate purchasing and inventory controls for maintenance and custodial departments.
• Lead security efforts across all schools and coordinate safety programs.
