Job summary

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the facility, including buildings, grounds, and fleet. You will coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting a hybrid workforce and up to 50% travel.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management with strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facilities management or related experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and P&L responsibilities.
• Knowledge of and experience with building systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, generators, and preventive maintenance.
• Understanding safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to 50% travel as needed.

• Manage facility operations, maintenance, and repairs across assigned locations.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.

• Hybrid work schedule with regular on-site presence and up to 50% travel to support facilities operations, projects, and stakeholder engagement.
