Job summary

Qualifications

• IASBO certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, electrical or mechanical engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s degree and administrative certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience.
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uses common software (spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendar, databases).
• Inspects buildings regularly for repairs and maintenance.
• Sets priorities for repair projects and assigns work.
• Supervises maintenance crews and contractors for repairs and upkeep.
• Ensures safety, health, and code compliance through inspections and reporting.
• Prepares bid specifications and reviews bids for capital or maintenance projects.
