Job summary

Machina Labs is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations and upkeep of our fast-paced manufacturing and office facilities. This hands‑on role maintains a clean, safe, and organized workplace while coordinating maintenance and vendor services and workspace moves.

The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and service‑oriented; comfortable with physical work and traveling between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities, building maintenance, or similar hands-on operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support upkeep of office, warehouse, and manufacturing areas.
• Perform basic repairs such as furniture assembly and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Coordinate workspace moves, setups, and facility improvement projects.
• Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Receive deliveries, manage inventory of supplies, and support events.
