Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering, building systems technology, facilities management or related field.
• 3+ years experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, or technical building support.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple facility systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building systems and infrastructure to support uptime.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Coordinate on‑site trades and service providers during maintenance.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose equipment failures and suggest corrective actions.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure safe, timely work and quality.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Assist in facility inspections, audits, and follow‑ups.
• Communicate issues and progress to occupants and teams.
• Assist with emergency response and urgent repairs.
