California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Richmond Campus seeks a Richmond Facility Support Chief to plan, manage, and coordinate Facilities Management Services operations for the campus, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

The role directs campus operations, oversees facility services, and backs the Manager II on capital projects, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, with hybrid telework and a clear path for permanent, full-time service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, direct, and coordinate the Facilities Management Services (FMS) operations for the Richmond Campus.
• Direct campus operations, oversee facility support services, and act as backup to the Manager II for campus operations, capital projects, maintenance, health and safety, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and space management.
