Job summary

Obsolete Site in Hawaii seeks a detail-oriented individual to assist with daily facility operations, cash handling, and security compliance. You will manage cash receipts, verify cashier counts, and prepare daily activity reports while ensuring only authorized patrons access the premises.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items.
• Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements (21 years of age) for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
• Skill in providing customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be familiar with golf industry and its operations.
• Must possess knowledge of computer programs such as RecTrac or other similar programs.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following areas: ability to identify items by brand and category; tracking inventory orders and shipments; assigning items to categories and assisting with price setting.
• Experienced in using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel or other similar computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with operation of facility.
• Controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count.
• Determines cash shortages/overages; submits daily reports.
• Ensures only authorized patrons access; performs fire safety checks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
