Job summary

Ohio State Medical Center seeks a Manager of Building Automation Systems to lead facilities operations across Mechanical, Electric, and Building Systems shops. The role ensures day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs and projects for hospital facilities and life-safety systems.

You will supervise a team, coordinate among trades, and maintain regulatory compliance in a 24/7 environment. The position emphasizes leadership, safety, and service excellence within a premier academic health center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote the Medical Center’s mission, vision and values in support of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance and projects of designated facilities and systems.
• Coordinate personnel performance and ensure regulatory compliance across assigned areas.
