Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the annual budgets for utilities, facility services, and real property purchases.
• Serve as WHCA liaison with host organizations and conduct studies/reports.
• Formulate facility and space policy and POMs consistent with installation standards.
• Provide oversight for facilities/safety activities and supervise the Facilities Management Division.
