Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Facilities Care Associate to perform routine inspections and maintenance on venue equipment, clean and sanitize areas including restrooms and kitchens, and monitor supplies. You will assist in meeting room setups and help ensure security and safety across the site.

Responsibilities include responding to employee facility requests, reporting hazards, and contributing to a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance & repair procedures, cleaning products & equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment.
• Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces (sweep, mop, etc.).
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.
• Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces.
• Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues.
• Support facility security measures and access control.
• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
